Helping students find their way: Group Activity #3 - Life Timeline

This group challenges students to vision their future and consider pathways to reaching that vision. This activity works well early in the group sequence as a continuation of relationship-building and self-awareness activities. It provides students a bridge between understanding what they do (occupations) and how it impacts the future.

Expected Outcomes

Students will dream of their future through a vision activity. They will practice breaking their vision into manageable steps and activities to improve motivation for long term success. They will strengthen their awareness of the connection between daily occupations and what they hope to achieve in the future.
