A check-in to support student awareness: Group activity #9 - Self-reflection on occupation

There is a hand in the middle of the photo holding a prism. The prisma is held between the hands first finger and thumb. Reflecting on the prism is a person's face.

Now that students are aware of what occupation is and have been looking towards their goals and visions for the future (and addressing procrastination) I think it is a good time for them to reflect upon in what occupations they are doing well (or not).

This activity helps students dentify and evaluate occupational performance priorities for transitions through university. This session is meant to help students assess and self-reflect on their occupational needs through formal assessment.
