This is another procrastination activity that I have used and like (it is fun for me and the students!). If you need more structure running this group, you can use the script from Group Activity #8 and just replace Step 2 (Activity step) with this activity. I offer lots of questions for discussion and activities in Activtiy #8 for you to help guide you into a different discussion if needed.

Future Self Time Travel Agency

"For today's activity, you are going to be 'Time Travel Agents' - talking to a procrastinator from the future. For this activity you will be broken up into pairs. Each pair will receive a procrastination scenario. Each pair will participate in a role play - one person plays the Current Self (making excuses) and the other plays the Future Self (giving reality checks). Halfway through, you will switch roles."
