This session focuses on the sleep environment and helping students set-up their sleep space for success, including how to negotiate boundaries around sleep.
Expected Outcomes
Students will understand how to optimize sleep environments for better sleep, describe factors that promote or disrupt sleep, and learn how to negotiate sleep concerns. This practical session builds on sleep science knowledge and previous session on bedtime routines to improve sleep quality.
