This session focuses on understanding wellness domains and creating balance for college success. This session provides a comprehensive foundation for ongoing wellness activities in the upcoming sessions. The “Pie of Life” activity provides a visual that participants can revisit throughout their college experience. The metaphor can also be used in subsequent sessions.
