This group focuses on working on procrastination tendencies. This session works best when delivered within one week of the procrastination awareness activity (Group Activity #7) to maintain continuity and momentum.

The group activity is called 'intervention squad' - participants actively problem solve procrastination challenges with sample students (for example, one who insists on checking her social "one more time" while trying to study for a big exam). Participants use the procrastination strategies presented to help the students reduce procrastination tendencies.

NOTE: Over the next few weeks, I will provide some alternate activities (Step 2) for the procrastination application sessions - in case you want to run more than one procrastination session or if you want some variety in your groups about procrastination. I love these activities- the discussion that comes from them is always so fun for me and helpful for the students.
