Expected Outcomes

Students will appreciate sleep science and its impact on learning and health, awareness of their personal sleep patterns and needs, recognition of consequences of sleep deprivation, knowledge of the relationship between sleep and academic performance, and motivation to prioritize sleep as essential for success. This foundation prepares them for strategies to improve sleep in subsequent sessions.
