This session provides practical, hands-on experience creating nutritionally balanced meals using MyPlate guidelines, with emphasis on creativity and real-world application for college students.
Expected Outcomes
Students will gain confidence in creating balanced, nutritious meals with limited ingredients and resources. They will practice basic nutrition principles and develop skills in creative meal assembly that they can immediately apply in their daily college life.
